My name is David and I’m 40 years of age, I’m Brazilian, Irish national and I have 27 years’ experience working as a Dog groomer. Dog groomer assistant was my first job when I was only 13 years old and at that time I knew it was what I wanted for my professional life and I have worked with animals ever since. During this time I have worked with almost every breed small to large and I am extremely passionate about my work and am of the belief that creating a lasting relationship with both the owners and the dogs is the key of success. I have participated in my first dog grooming competition, the County Grooming Championships 2019 in Galway where I took home 2nd place for experienced scissors and 3rd place for experienced clipped. I was rewarded best transformation of the day as well as best dog handler which for me was the best reward as a good dog groomer has first of all have great skill handling the pets with love, care and respect! At the moment I’m working full time on my own mobile dog grooming business south Dublin.
