Hi, I am looking for a nice family to deliver high quality childcare. My experience as a childminder in Ireland goes over 6 years with children of all ages. I hold a BA (Hons) in Psychology and currently pursuing a Msc in Psychotherapy (Wednesdays and Thursdays full day) My availability is two days a week at any time whithin these two days. I love children and I love the duties of the childcare work. I adopt a firm but gentle approach and make sure parents and I are on the same page regards their children’s routines, rules, etc. through high levels of communication. Left with zero notice and explanation
This young lady worked for us for 3 months looking after our twin boys. We provided training, lunch, holiday pay and sick pay and she left us with zero notice and a what's app message. She didn't have the courtesy of telling us face to face. We would like other families to be aware of how unreliable she can be. We can we contacted to validate this information.
