Dear Families, I hope this message finds you well! My name is Halika, I’m 32 years old, and I have been working with children in Ireland since 2019. Caring for children is truly my passion. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with several wonderful families, some on a temporary basis, and I’ve developed a strong bond with each of them. I believe they would say the same about me, as I’ve always cared for their children as if they were my own. Now, as a mother myself, I’m looking for a family to work with alongside my 1-year-old daughter. Since late April, I’ve been caring for another baby (starting in her home and then transitioning to mine), but as she will soon be starting crèche in October, I’m now seeking a new opportunity. Ideally, I’m looking for a long-term role with a family who would be open to both my daughter and me being part of their child’s life. However, I am also happy to consider short-term arrangements if your child has a planned crèche start date. My daughter loves being around other children and is incredibly social.
