Hi my name is Lauren, I am 30 years old, I have worked in Early Years since 2015. I have a QQI Level 8 in Early Childhood Studies and a QQI Level 7 in Applied Social Studies. I have worked with all age ranges of children and particularly with preschool aged children. I am Garda Vetted from my current work position and have been since I started in Early Years, I have First Responder 1st Aid training and have completed Child Protection Training all of which can be verified through qualifications and certs. I have extensive experience working with children and you can be reassured that your child will be safe and comfortable in my care. I have supported many families with childminding and babysitting through out my time in Early Years and have babysat and cared for children from 6months to 12 years. I am happy to do an activity with children whilst babysitting if the materials are provided (baking, art & crafts, board games) and I am and expert in a bed time story! I am also happy to help out with some light housework if it is a case that children will be asleep for the majority of the time I am there. For example - cleaning dishes, cleaning surfaces, general tidying, this can be discussed beforehand and an agreement made. Currently I can provide babysitting services on evenings from about 6:00/7pm (depending on my own work schedule) and weekends, I am open to the occasional overnight if needed and agreed in advance. Rate wise I would be looking at 10euro per hour. I am happy to negotiate rates for full days and overnights. I am currently based in Co Meath (very close to Dublin), I drive so I am willing to travel.
