Unprofessional and lacks basic communication skill
Sarah agreed to mind our daughter part time. Four days before she was due to start she messaged to say something had come up and she wouldn't be able to start for another few weeks- this was ok as we understand things can change. When I messaged her closer to the new start date she never got back to us. We presumed she would get in touch soon after but we never heard from her until I eventially messaged her again to say we were so disappointed with her and her lack of communication. We understand things can change and f she couldn't mind our daughter anymore we would understand but a message to communicate this is not a lot to expect. She wasted 2 months of our time from when she first agreed to mind our daughter to when she finally replied to a message. Very unprofessional.
