I am fully qualified as a primary teacher Level 8 and montessori teacher level 9. I have over seven years of experience with children ranging age 1 to 15 years old. i am keen on looking after children and i really like spending time with them. I am a very organised, positive and self-motivated individual with an interest and ability to work under pressure with a committed and reliable disposition towards others. I am able to adapt quickly to challenges and changing environments in a kind and reassuring manner. I have a great love of working with young people. I describe myself as a: CREATIVE, HARD WORKING, FRIENDLY AND HAPPY. My career experience to date includes teaching and working as a classroom assistant in Spain and Ireland. I have worked extensively with children with special needs. Also I have worked at Red Cross summer camps as a youth coordinator. My various duties included attending to the children basic needs, toileting, meals, organizing activities as well as helping in the classrooms, notes about the progress of all the children, establishing and enforcing rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order in a child centered curriculum. I also organized and lead activities designed to promote mental, physical and social development, such as games arts, crafts and storytelling. As an au pair/summer camp coordinator, I have also had responsibility for the collection of children from school, meals, supervise outside play as well as homework activities. At the moment i m teaching spanish. i like teaching in a different way using the montessori methode and doing arts and crafts, experiments, sensorial activities, etc with the children. My priority is teaching something new to the children every day and let them express and being themselves in a safe and secure athmosphere.
