𝗡𝗖𝗦 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 *details below about me , my highly professional service, and the yummy healthy meals I provide in Deansgrange. Plus 𝗡𝗖𝗦 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 * From September 2024 I will have 𝗡𝗖𝗦 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 in place by then and a guaranteed 3 spaces. I should actually be registered well before September to take on a 4th child. I take kids over 2.5yrs old. No babies un, unfortunately I have already started taking names for September 2025 and 2026. Spaces have started filling up for then! Check out Facebook to see Laura's Little Cubs Childminding Service I'm located in Deansgrange in the middle of Focrock church and Cornelscourt A little about me first and then I will tell you about my childminding service. I have over 14 years professional experience working with kids in Montessori settings, at a large international school in their kindergarten class, as a nanny, and now,as a childminder since last year! I hold qulifieducations in Montessori education, childcare, child psychology and special needs assisting. As you can see from my photos, I absolutely love what I do! And adore kids, I really do put my whole heart and soul into what I do each day. My home has a large playroom, separate Montessori classroom, and huge garden, all just for the kids 😊 I do a ton of activities regularly. Every time a new holiday comes up like Valentines, St Patricks day, Easter, Halloween, or Christmas, we do lots of themed arts n crafts, baking, and those fun tuff trays you see on my page. Last summer, we grew courgettes, peppers, carrots, spinach, and pumpkins they helped to water, hand polinate, pick, and prepare for meals. In fact, they help a lot with meals mixing everything for salmon/sweet potato/broccoli fish cakes and shaping them, batter for spinach/chickpea pancakes, creamy spinach sauce, veggie fritters and so on. Last week we we planted fun GIANT sun flowers and broccoli 🌻 And this week broccoli, purple cauliflower, green beans and butternut squash - all vegtabkes they genuinely love! broccoli and green beans as long as I add garlic 😅 or mix in a stirfry or Satay rice! The butternut squash for risotto and a cheesy pasta sauce or in a curry. Cauliflower well they like it on the side of healthy mains so why not try the purple veriety for fun! I got some caterpillars last summer to teach them how they grow into beautiful butterflies 🐛 🦋 Later this summer I will be ordering some ladybug eggs...if I am brave enough because I'm terrified of bugs...🤣 I was brave enough last year for the kids to have the fun so...we will see. I also provide 4 meals a day 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁: a choice of low sugar musili, granola, porridge, weetabix, and rice cripspies. 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗻𝗮𝗰𝗸 fruits like this week I have Pineapple, kiwis, grapes, blueberries, raspberries, bananas, apples, and oranges. Lots of veriety! With yoghurts And other snack items like oat bars, rice cakes, crackers, rasins, dried mago, dried apricots, and homemade date and cashew bars. 𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 are a little more simple than dinners - sandwiches, homous on wholemeal bagels or wholemeal pitta bread or things they help to make like: spinach pancakes, veghie muffins with 5 veggies that they make, veggie fritters, and so on 𝘈 𝘴𝘮𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘢𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘰𝘰𝘯 𝘴𝘯𝘢𝘤𝘬 𝗗𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 are the biggest meal of the day and pretty much everything has a minimum of 3 veggies either in a sauce or on the side (I use 10 differnt vegtables in my cooking so loads of variety and balanced nutrients). These are only examples. I do 1 rice dish a week like chilli concarne, sundried tomato risotto, butternut squash and sague risotto, and 2 types of curries. 1 pasta dish a week like a 5 veg garlic tomato sauce, bolognese, cheesy butternut squash (a healty alternative to mac n cheese), pesto and a creamy spinach sauce. 1 fish dish a week - their FAVOURITE dinner of all I make is a garlic crusted salmon fillet with various veg on the side, usually garlicy broccoli and either roasted parsnip or sweet potato I make homemade salmon/sweet potato/broccoli fish cakes. The kids help to make Also, homemade smoked cod and mash up cauliflower/potato fish cakes And fish fingers with 2 or 3 veg on the side 1 radom meal like (another favorite) teriyaki noodle stirfry with broccoli/greenbeans/pepper and tofu Ham/cheese/broccoli home made mini quiches 1 treat dinner like making their own mini pizzas, bean and cheese quesadillas, spinach nuggets with veg on the side, veggie fingers with roasted carrots and parsnip on the side If you have anymore questions ask away below or private message me. Again please post below if you have private messaged me so I can check spam incase it goes there. Thanks for reading, I hope to hear back from some of you.
