My name is Thays, also known as Vic, and I'm 25 years old. I'm a college student, currently studying Architecture and Urbanism. Right now I live in The Netherlands and I'm looking for my next host family. I've decided to go on this journey so I can get to know more about myself and the world! I worked as a private english teacher for children from 5 to 15 years old and I must say that I loved it! I love being around children and their energy, even though it can be challeging sometimes! I also lived with my nephews for about a year (they were 9 and 13 at the time) and I mostly took care of them during the week days. We'd cook, play, do homework, go outside, to the beach and do a lot of other fun stuff together! I also took care of a 5 years old as his au pair, and two other kids (9 and 13), both with special needs, for about 8 months. They can provide recommendation letter. I've been working as an au pair in The Netherlands for a year, but as it happens, I'm in a search for my next host family which I hope is filled with welcoming genuine and honest people, who'll also provide the space for all of us to feel able to express ourselves!
