About Me Hi, my name is Diana Garza and I am a biotech engineer currently pursuing a PhD in Polymer Engineering. My journey as a tutor started nearly three years ago at TUS, Ireland, where I have been guiding undergraduate students in subjects such as microbiology, gene technology, and chemistry. Teaching has been one of the most rewarding experiences in my academic career, as I love helping students build confidence in their knowledge and achieve academic success. Beyond higher education, I have also worked as an English teacher for kindergarten students (age 5), which strengthened my ability to create engaging and supportive learning environments for young learners. Whether working with university students or young children, I always strive to make learning enjoyable, approachable, and interactive. I firmly believe that no question is too small, and I always encourage students to ask away. I invest myself in their learning journey, making sure they feel heard, supported, and empowered to overcome challenges. Many of the professors I have worked with can attest to how much I care about student learning and my dedication to fostering a safe space where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring new concepts.
