Hello! My name is Ximena, I am Mexican and I am 19 years old. I currently have an advanced level of English, I also speak Spanish as my native language, and I have the basic knowledge of German and French. Currently I am studying at University College Dublin as a full-time student. I have experience on teaching english to children around the ages of 7 to 16 years approximately. I earned this experience at high school when I volunteered to teach english to children who weren't able to attend English classes back in my hometown, Mexico City. With this, I have gained experience on taking care of children and teach them a subject, as well as I have developed several skills such as assertive communication, patience, teaching skills, among others. I deeply enjoy planning recreational activities, learning activities and crafts for the children to learn and develop their creativity and other skills . As well, I like spending time outdoors, cooking and engaging in different projects with the kids. My approach is to engage fully with the kid's learning and I always aim to provide the tools and support for them to learn, build up new skills and self-esteem. While I am with the kids I am always fully focused on them and compromised with their safety and well-being.
