To Whom it may concern, Karishma Boodhoa worked for our family as a child minder to look after our 2-year- old daughter from the beginning of September to the end of December 2024. From the first moment she entered our house we had the sense that she was a caring, hardworking and trustworthy person to bring into our family. Karishma was always friendly, polite and respectful to my wife and I, and developed a great relationship with our daughter. She kept a super high standard when it came to managing the household duties associated with childcare, such as food preparation, cleaning and laundry. We could always rely on Karishma to be on time and quite often she stayed late when needed. Most importantly, everything Karishma did was with genuine care for our daughter. We knew that she would be fully engaged with her and ready to help her if anything ever happened. Unfortunately, our circumstances changed recently, and we could no longer keep Karishma as our child minder, but I would have no hesitation in recommending her to any other family.
