Hello, my name is Talía and I am 22 years old. I come from Spain. I arrived in Ireland a year ago. I decided to come as an aupair because I am passionate about children and I had already had a very good previous experience as a nanny and private tutor for several years. There I discovered my vocation for children and all the benefits of the job. Here I stayed with a lovely family for 4 months in Dublin looking after 3 children aged between 9 and 4 years old. I was in charge of getting them dressed and ready for school, making their lunch, picking them up and making sure they did their homework for the next day. We went for walks, played in the park and played dynamic and fun games to encourage imagination and learning during the afternoons. I really believe in the individuality of each child and in nurturing their qualities and that the most beautiful thing about this job is that they can learn something from me as much as I can from them. I would like to be able to continue developing this part of me and maybe in the future make it a profession.
