About PaulBack to Top
I am a compassionate and dedicated professional with over 15 years of experience in quantity surveying and project management, now eager to transition into a role as a Special Needs Assistant. I have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, which I’m excited to apply to supporting individuals with special needs. By December 2024, I will have completed my QQI Level 6 certification in Special Needs Assisting, along with hands-on experience from my placement at a school in Cork. Earlier this year, I volunteered as a classroom assistant in Co. Tyrone, where I completed my Access NI check. My passion for helping others is reflected in my volunteer work, from coaching Gaelic football to supporting mental health initiatives and special needs education, both locally and internationally. I have also completed Garda vetting, Safeguarding 1, and Children First training, and I look forward to becoming involved with two Special Olympics clubs in Cork. I am available from Monday, 18th November onwards and I am eager to contribute my skills, enthusiasm, and dedication to making a positive impact in a Special Needs Care role.
