Hello, my name is Thais Dias, I am 28 years old, and I am a professional passionate about childcare and child development. I have over 5 years of experience working with children from 0 to 7 years old, during which I worked in daycare centers in Brazil, such as Creche Menino Jesus and Creche Dedo Verde. In these institutions, I refined my skills in daily care, educational activities, and providing special care for children, always with love and dedication. Additionally, I had the honor of collaborating with the community “Projeto Mãos à Obra”, where for years, I assisted orphaned and abandoned children, many of whom had disabilities and suffered from abuse. Through this partnership, we organized donations of toys and clothes, bringing moments of joy and comfort to these children who needed support. This experience expanded my empathy and reinforced the importance of offering care and attention to each child, respecting their emotional and physical needs. I also have experience providing occupational therapy for children through interactive activities designed to support their cognitive, motor, and emotional development.
