I've had experience with childminding here and there. First and foremost, I'm the eldest of 4 children which can get hectic at times but I manage. I've also done work experience eith Junior Infants at my old primary school. I was even able to help a child overcome his shyness. The teacher said she always had trouble trying to get him out of his shell until I came along. I believe I'm a great caregiver as I can be an organised person and I also find myself to be creative what with all the hobbies I juggle including reading, journaling and playing guitar (although those are just my main hobbies!). My creativity also comes to play when I deal with my 3 siblings whenever I have to manage them in their preferred way.
