Back in cork, I took care to two elderly women. Ages 77 and 85 years old, in the evening. First thing I do when I arrive, I cook for their dinner, clean the dishes after, clean the areas that needs to be tidy. Sorted their pills ensuring they take their meds properly. Change their pajamas, give them a massage and sings with them before going to bed. Cheer them up if they were anxious, making sure they were okay before they sleep.
