I am the mother of a kind and sociable 10 year old boy. We have a lovely relaxed home environment, where your child would be welcomed as part of our family. We love to get out in the garden, there's a trampoline and a big swing, swingball etc and our very friendly small dog is a big part of the family. There are plenty of toys and books and I keep plenty of drawing paper and art supplies in the kitchen. I have years of experience in childminding and previous experience working in a creche. I'm skilled at building relationships with children and making them feel at home. I love to see them at ease and enjoying their time here. I love building confidence, reassuring and encouraging children and helping to resolve conflict if necessary. I really enjoy learning from kids about what they're interested in, what song's they love, what's the latest craze at school and all that stuff. And finally, I really value being able to have some company for my own child.
