I have worked as a client carer, providing care to elderly people in their houses, and as a live-in carer. My experience during this time has been extremely rewarding. In addition, I worked to provide a person-centred approach where the client’s rights, dignity, individuality, independence, privacy, and choices are respected, providing high-standard services as specified in agreed care plans, and contributing to the continual review of clients’ needs.
