Natalia has been coming to care for Josephine since the end of February and comes on a Saturday afternoon. She carries out the usual duties of attending to Josephine such as dispenses her medication, prepares dinner, cleaning and other household chores. She even takes time to speak Spanish to me when I expressed an interest.
