My name is David originally from the United States, I've been living in Ireland for the past 8 years. For the past 2 years I have worked as an events coordinator and balloon modeller for Brilliant Events for children ages five to fifteen years old. Coming from a chef background for the past 20 years I’ve transitioned into coaching and personal development for people with ADHD. For the past two years I have been a key volunteer for the mens American ADHD support group online. I have a passion for working with those with neurodivergent issues to succeed and get through life coming from myself who has had ADHD my whole adult life and has managed to find strategies without medication. It gives me a unique perspective on helping those that struggle with neurodivergence or with ADHD. I’m planning on starting college next year to become a counsellor to continue to help those with ADHD. I recently moved to Maynooth, Co.Kildare so ideally I’m looking for somewhere either local or on the bus route. I am looking to help kids in primary and secondary school ages eight to eighteen giving them help especially around homework and creating a structure and emotional regulation. I can work from the parents home and am open to part time or even full time hours. I can apply for Garda Vetting if required through Mind Me.
