Hi, my name is Tongxin, and I have always had a soft spot for the elderly. I am a postgraduate in University College Cork now. As a child, I used to volunteer at a local nursing home, and it was there that I realized my passion for caring for the elderly. Before I started my master's degree course, I did a part-time, taking care of an 86-year-old man for 6 months. I enjoyed the time and felt confident that I was a good carer.
