Hi there, my name is Samantha, I'm 53 and have been looking after children since I was 16 at different stages of my life. I have also raised twins who are now 24. My approach with children is based on the Steiner approach. I learned about this while working in a Steiner kindergarten & my children also went to a Steiner school. Over the years since then I have assisted in forest school here in Kilkenny, I've done mosaic and nature craft workshops and summer camps, and a few birthday parties for children. Also, I do freelance childminding for different families that I've stayed in contact with over the years and often have the children over for a weekend of being in nature, lots of reading stories (which I love), doing nature arts & crafts, giving the parents a well needed break and they can fully relax knowing their children are in good hands. I'm also a Holistic Nutrition & Health Coach and I have not yet met a child who does not love helping me in the kitchen, especially using the juicer for making fresh vegetable & fruit juices.
