My name is Anne Spillane. I am a final year law student at Trinity College Dublin. I am looking for some part-time work as a babysitter or childminder. I have years of experience looking after children aged between 1 and 18. I am Garda Vetted and have received special child protection training from the St. Vincent de Paul Society. I am fully vaccinated. Prior to the pandemic, I looked after two young children aged 1 and 4 once a week for a period of two years. I cooked the children meals, helped them with their homework, did chores around the house and put the children to bed. I also spent a summer working as a camp counsellor in a sleepaway children's camp in Pennsylvania, USA. There I was responsible for the well-being of 12 young girls aged 11-13 with whom I shared a bunk with. I also taught music and theatre classes during the day to up to 30 students. Finally, I am Garda Vetted and I have received special child protection training conducted by Trinity St. Vincent de Paul in September 2021.
