Hi! My name is Sierra. I recently graduated from a small liberal arts college in California, called Westmont. Currently, I am living in Dublin on a holiday visa and have been interning with a nonprofit organization, The Cuala Foundation. My work has been centered around helping a group of young afghan women refugees resettle here in Dublin. I have nannied off and on since I was 16 in the US and am now trying to find a way to stay here in Dublin to continue to work with these girls and stay connected to the community I have made here. The obvious solution is Au Pairing. With my background in positive psychology, and early childhood intervention, I find working with young families exciting and a great way to stay connected to my psychologist roots. I have applied for a Working Holiday Authorization and should be back in Ireland by mid February.
