My name is Amaia, I am 22 years old and I am from Spain, but I have been living in Ireland for 6 months. I have a degree in Primary Education (level 8) and the title of leisure and free time instructor (level 5). On the other hand, I would like to mention that I have a driver's license and an updated first aid course. During the last years in Spain, I have worked mainly as a private tutor with children with special needs. However, I have also worked as a part-time nanny. In addition, I have been a volunteer in several projects in different countries as a teacher, educator in an orphanage and leisure and free time monitor with children. During the last six months in Dublin I have been very happy working as a teacher in a creche, however, I would like to live a new experience as a professional. I have always felt a connection with children, every day they show me that their young age does not mean that they cannot teach us adults lessons. Every day they teach me something new and every day they inspire me with their happiness and their desire to learn and live. I enjoy spending time with them and preparing activities that not only entertain them, but also allow them to continue developing their fine and gross motor skills.
