I have an honour’s Bachelor of Art’s degree in Early Childhood Care and Education and a passion for working with children and young adults. I also have a Level 6 FETAC Special Needs Assisting certificate. I am a hardworking and approachable worker. I work to tight deadlines to ensure tasks will be achieved on time and to the best of my ability. I am dedicated to creating a stimulating, encouraging and safe atmosphere for each child's individual needs. During my 750+ hours’ experience from placement during my current degree and past degree’s, I have developed strong skills in supporting young children. I am passionate about providing the best learning experiences possible and love working with children and their families to cater to their needs and requirements to enable them to flourish and grow as independent, confident and competent students. My key skills include time-keeping, organisation, reliability and valuing others. My qualities involve being honest, understanding, fair, helpful, open minded and flexible. My hobbies include travelling, listening to music and socialising with friends. I have previously travelled to an orphanage in Thailand in 2017 and to South Africa in 2018 where I worked in a school, preschool, baby hospital and assisting with palliative care.
