Hi my name is Erick currently working as an assistant manager for a luxury hotel in Ballsbridge. My passion and experience minding dogs started back in 2014 when I used to help my mother taking care of her employer's 2 pugs named "Tintin" & "Coco" then 1 dachshund named "Nobu". This employer is well-travelled due to the nature of his businesses so we usually bring the dogs inside our own home to take care of them. In 2015, I eventually worked as a warehouse manager for the same employer that my mother works to. My good working relationship plus previous experience minding my employer's 3 dogs led me to minding them even without my mother's supervision for more than a year. Even after I left the company in 2016, I still managed to help my mother minding the 3 dogs from time to time. The biggest challenge was on the same year we took care of the dachshund who his lower body got paralyzed. For almost a year we change his 2 diapers daily until my former employer decided to put him into sleep instead of prolonging his agony and misery. It was hard and heartbreaking at the same time as apparently this is common for daschunds due to their physical attributes. In 2017, my former employer decided to move out of his residence so my mother left her work in that household and we lost contact with them most especially the 2 remaining pugs. I haven't took care or mind dogs ever since but I would like to welcome any opportunity to mind pet dogs like Pugs and Dachshunds.
