unprofessional
Met nicola, and seemed to be a great woman; clean tidy and full of energy. The initial interview was fantastic and we agreed that she would start this friday morning 03/09/2021; however at 640 today she informed us that her job she had been after for a year had emailed her and that she was starting next week. I would recommend not hiring her, nor engaging with her as she should never have accepted a childminding job that was long term if she was in the process of finding a different job for herself. Dissapointing experience
