I am Brazilian, 39 years old and I genuinely like being with children and helping them in the development process, through games and didactic activities. Despite not having courses in the area, during the last year I have dedicated myself and researched about this vast universe that is the children's universe and with each new discovery I feel more qualified and prepared to face the challenge of being with children and contributing to their happier, empathetic, generous, disciplined and self-reliant human beings. I have no children, but I have had some experiences with children as nephews and cousins all my life. I did some social work in my country with children with cancer in a support center, where I volunteered to help through games, but mainly through demonstrations of love and attention. Below is a summary of my experiences in this role which is exclusively in Ireland. I worked as a nanny for three Irish families: With the first family there were 2 children aged 2 and 5. I stayed with them for 7 months, from 05/21 to 12/21, I left because I needed to go to Brazil in January 2022. My shift was 4 times a week from 8 am to 6 pm. With the second family there was an 18-month-old child, only 1 day a week, from 8 am to 4 pm. I stayed with them from September to January. I am currently working with a family, there are two children, one 12 months old and the other 2 years old, however, I am open to other opportunities and negotiations.
