Hi all, my name is Laoise and I'm a final year law student in UCD. I'm looking for some part-time work as a babysitter and am completely free over the summer period. I have lots of experience with children, working with children from ages 4-12 as a swim teacher in Fiona's swim school in Galway for 3 years on a part-time basis. I have also spent the last 4 summers babysitting children aged from 2-14, in their own homes, this time was mainly spent playing and doing activities as well as making dinner and putting them to bed. I have always loved children and know myself, I would really enjoy this work, having 10 younger cousins living in close proximity to me has well equipped me for all the challenges that babysitting may entail at times and allowed me to appreciate every child's individual needs. I'm trained in first aid as a pool lifeguard and have also worked looking after children in high energy summer camps and the gaeltacht.
