Looking for a caring, responsible and experienced au pair / childcarer to care for our two children – a three-year-old girl and/ or our 12 year old boy (ASD diagnosis). You will be a au pair / childcarer with at least 2 years experience in nannying,child care, au pair or babysitting work. Advanced or fluent English. Suited to someone already studying or has an interest in time to travel as there is a level of flexibility when in school term. Usually working hours are from after school ( approx 4pm to 7.30/ 8pm on weekdays and 12 to 7 on weekends ( rotated). During school holidays minimum 35 hrs per wk. Days off are rotating Tues & Wed or Fri & Saturday. We are a non-smoking household and would prefer a non-smoker. We travel to Spain on a monthly basis so help travelling and caring for the kids in Spain is also part of the role. Experienced full driving licence essential. Special needs experience particularly with Autism is highly regarded. Your responsibilities will include: Some cleaning and general housekeeping. Accommodation is very pleasant on the top floor of our home, the room has en suite & walk in wardrobe with area to lounge with own sofa & tv. We do have a dog so being comfortable with dogs is essential. You will need Garda Vetting, and a driver’s licence.
