Elderly lady 90yrs . Vascular dementia so can repeat certain things but overall very able to let you know what she needs you to help her with . Walks with zimmerframe or if back sore may need to be in wheelchair to go to loo or to get to stairlift. Saturday 12th from 5 pm until Sunday 13th 12 o clock midday. Give dinner and breakfast and snacks .administer Meds and supervise insulin injection.bed night routine usually bed bed midnight or sometimes 10pm and usually sleeps through until commode at 5 or 6 am and back for second snooze until 8 or 9 or 10 or later sometimes .. Sleep Overnight in own room near to client. May need help to empty commode in morning. And check that a pull up on as may forget but will dress herself or stay in pjs until family call at 12
