We are looking for a compassionate and experienced caregiver to assist an 80-year-old woman currently in a nursing home who is transitioning back to living at home with her husband (82, fully mobile). The apartment is equipped with the necessary medical equipment to support her needs. Key Responsibilities: Personal Care & Hygiene: Assistance with female hygiene, currently using adult diapers with a goal of transitioning to a bedpan and eventually a wheelchair-accessible toilet. Medication Administration: Supervision and assistance with oral medication (tablets only). Household Support: Light cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, and meal preparation. Mobility Support: While she is currently restricted to bed, we aim to improve her mobility over time. Work Schedule & Trial Period: Initial trial period of one week to assess needs and adjust the schedule as required. Preferred working hours: 8 AM - 12 PM & 3 PM - 7 PM (flexibility can be discussed). Ideal Candidate: Experienced in elderly care, particularly with limited mobility. Comfortable with personal hygiene assistance. Reliable, patient, and compassionate.
