We are a professional couple looking for a childminder to care for our 12 month old daughter while we are at work. We would like a home environment for our daughter to thrive in while she is away from home. We are looking for someone who loves children and is happy to welcome her into their home and family while she is there. We have a non smoking household and therefore would prefer a non smoker. We have a family dog in our home, along with family dogs in both grandparents homes and are very keen for her to grow up around animals, therefore welcome the idea of pets in the home. Although, this is not necessary. The arrangement woulld mainly be a 3 day week arrangement, however some flexibility may be required with certain periods of the year being full time (5 days) i.e summer months.
