Hi, We are a family with both parents working outside the home. We are looking for childcare assistance for occasions when one or more of our three children cannot attend school due to light illness. Our youngest (5 years old) tends to have tonsillitis frequently. During these episodes, he remains active and in good spirits. Your role would primarily involve staying with him, keeping him entertained, ensuring he stays in a good mood, monitoring his activity level, and occasionally checking his temperature. If needed, this could also include looking after our other children if they are home for similar reasons. This would strictly be for light illnesses. Ideally, we would like to call you with less than 24 hours' notice, but we can also accommodate a notice period of 48 hours or more. These absences from school typically last around three days.
