Seeking a caring, responsible and experienced nanny / childcarer to care for our two young children (aged 4 and 1) in our home near Drumsna, Co. Leitrim. We would love to find someone who will be part of the family and is looking for a long term position. Ideal candidate will have: - Minimum 2 years relevant experience. - Love children and be fun, mature, reliable, trustworthy and punctual. - Full clean driving licence with own car (car seats will be provided). Position is 3 days per week. Hours can be discussed / negotiated but ideally 8.30am-5pm. Occasional additional hours including evenings/weekends for which you will be paid extra. We are a non-smoking household and would prefer a non-smoker. Candidate must be comfortable with pets as we have a small dog. Your responsibilities will include: - Drop offs and pick ups from play school (9am - 12.30) - Arranging various interesting development & educational activities, for example messy play, music, reading, arts & crafts etc. - Taking the children to the park, playground and activities. - Keeping kitchen / living area and children's bedrooms clean and tidy - Occasional errands - Family laundry You will need a current a First Aid certificate (or training can be paid for if the right candidate for the position), Garda Vetting, references and a driver’s licence. Childcare qualifications and montessori experience will be highly regarded. Additional paid annual leave for the right candidate.
