I am looking to arrange a live in carer for my uncle. He is 99 years of age, will be 100 in December. He has three visits per day from a team of HSE carers, but he now needs someone with him for the periods in between. He lives alone, but in reality lives next door to his brother/my parents. We are around and in and out regularly but my parents are also elderly and cannot be his primary carers any more. I need someone who can stay with him at home during nights, and be on hand when he wakes up - they would be facilitated by the carers who call around breakfast, lunch and dinner each day.
