Hi, We are looking to source some part time care for our elderly parents who live in Kilkenny city. We already have a lady who provides care but we are looking for some additional care. Our mother (86) has dementia and needs supervision as she has a small level of mobility. Our father is 90 and just coming out of hospital having recovered from an infection. His mobility is very limited. There would be over 20 hours work per week, along the lines of the following schedule: Sundays and Mondays (11-6pm) Saturdays (2-6pm) Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (4-6 pm) We would also like evening meal preparation to be part of the service. We would be flexible if all of the above times wouldn’t suit someone. Finally, we have secured the maximum home care package from the HSE which will mean that our parents will receive 3 visits per day.
