We are a busy but laidback family looking for a caring and responsible person to look after our 4 girls (ranging in age from 10-4yrs) for 5 days per week in our home starting in January 2025. We’re based in the Milltown/Dundrum area. Three children are in school, and the other attends ECCE in a local Montessori. Both parents work. We are looking for someone full-time who can work approximately 40 hours (with extra hours out of term-time) over 5 days. We understand the importance of work-life balance and during term-time we can offer some flexibility in start/finish times across the week. In addition to looking after the children in the afternoon, the role would involve child-related housekeeping ( laundry, cleaning, cooking, etc) and, during the times when the kids are in school/Montessori, some light housekeeping duties. We are looking for someone fun, organised, and reliable. A full driving licence with one's own car is preferable; Garda vetting and excellent references are essential; good English, please; childcare qualification desirable; non-smoker/non-vaper. We’ve had two previous nannies and they can provide references for our family. We would like this to be a long-term position so we can offer an attractive package with paid annual leave for the right person.
