Looking for a great cleaner to start as soon as possible in Parkside, Balgriffin. Below our requirements: 1. High standard of cleaning required every week. 2. 4-6 hours weekly, depending on your availability. 3. Thorough cleaning across all rooms kitchen and bathrooms on a weekly basis. 4. Laundry management and bed linen refreshing / changing. 5. One off jobs might include: fridge cleaning, oven, wardrobe and kitchen cupboards organization (periodical review). 6. Emptying and cleaning of bins. 7. Toys cleaning, play area management and organization, we have small kids, it can get messy quickly. Observations: 1. All cleaning supplies will be provided. 2. We are a friendly family, you will always be treated fairly and in respect to your time and availability, however we do require timely notice in case the service is cancelled or you are no longer able to provide the service for us. We had a lot of experiences with students who have not provided notice and left us in a lurch. Ideally you do not have other impending commitments on the days the service is established to avoid disappointment. 3. We require a high quality cleaning practice, things like just wiping the toilets with toilet paper and surface cleaning are not practices of cleaning we enjoy. On our end, we pledge to maintain your work and enable / support however we can. 4. We have little children, but out home is not always as chaotic as it could be! We love to play and get messy, so we need support in offering a clean and organized play area. 5. Our hourly budget is 20 EUR, depending on the skill and experience. We will gladly negotiate to match your expectations.
