We are a family of 4 - two babies under 2 - who require occasional baby sitting services. Our 14 month old son has a very good routine that he loves sticking to so we would want to find someone who can follow our routine. We also have a newborn baby, she's 5 weeks old and very chilled out. The initial requirement would be to spend a couple of hours getting familiar with our babies as our son is still taking strange to new people. Once they are familiar we would require a few hours a couple of times a month. We'd like someone who has a background with children and can provide references.
