Hi, my name is Diníon. I’m from Wexford and I study science in NUIG. I was babysitting for the same family for the past 4 years until I moved here for college. The children were aged 6 months to 8 years old. I have experience with children with special needs. I have worked as a classroom assistant in my local special school for July provision since 2021. I would be open to babysitting a child with a disability depending on their care needs. I’m kind, caring and trustworthy. I enjoy doing activities with the kids while babysitting. I always tailor activities to the interests of the particular child. For example, one of the kids I previously babysat loved Minecraft so we made Minecraft ‘blocks’ out of cardboard. I’m happy to cook for the children, attend to light house work and assist them with their homework. I’m a nonsmoker and love animals so pets are no problem. I’m available afternoons Monday to Friday and I can work weekends. I can provide references.
