Super!
Shannon is currently working for us for the last 6 months, she is very friendly and our son loves her! She does all of the light cleaning around the house for us, including floors, bathrooms, beds and always leaves little finishing touches around the place with lighting, candles, teddies etc... She always has a little playtime with our son if we are home. She is a great help and super with kids. Nothing better than coming home to a warm and cosy house after work which smells great and looks great :)

Extremely disappointing service!
Job not carried out in accordance with even the most basic general house cleaning, my son's bedroom was not touched no hoovering done, nothing dusted, & floor & surfaces left filthy in that room! Only thing done in my daughter's room was bed was made! I have tried to give Shannon every opportunity to carry out the job she was paid to do but she has refused! Downstairs bathroom not done effectively, I'm extremely frustrated with this level of service as I was charged 20€ per hour!
