I looked after my own mum until she went into a care home, she is now 93, In my car we went for outings to the garden centre where we would have a cup of tea and walk around admiring the flowers, or go shopping if she felt able to. Doctor and hospital visits were organised and I would accompany her to her appointment. Since she passed away I have been helping other senior people with their daily routine mindful at all times at providing the best possible care and their quality of life.
