About GreiceBack to Top
Hi, I'm Grace, a Dublin-based educator and playwright with nearly ten years of experience working with children, teenagers, and families. I started out as an English teacher for young children, and later spent five years leading private language schools in Brazil, where I was the main point of contact for hundreds of students and their parents. I know how much it matters for parents to feel informed, heard, and able to trust the person looking after their child. I believe children thrive with patience, routine, and a lot of curiosity. With my background in teaching and drama, I'd love to bring play-based learning, storytelling, and creative games into the day. I'm also happy to support early English, and I speak Portuguese, Spanish, and German, so bilingual play is always welcome. I've worked with families from many different backgrounds and have a strong awareness of inclusion, including neurodiversity, so I adapt my approach to each child's needs and personality. I'm calm, organised, and reliable, and I keep clear and honest communication with parents. I recently completed a Master's at Trinity College Dublin, and I volunteer teaching English in the community. I'm eligible for Garda vetting and happy to provide references. I'd love to meet you and your family to see if we're a good fit.
