Turning and repositioning every 2-3 hours to prevent bedsores      ? Full bed bathing, oral care, and hygiene management      ? Feeding assistance (soft/liquid diet preparation)      ? Toileting care and catheter management      ? Medication administration and monitoring      ? Vital signs monitoring (blood pressure, temperature, pulse)      ? Emotional support and companionship      ? Physical therapy exercises as advised by doctors 2. FATHER - Visually Impaired (Elderly)    ? ?????????? ?????????????: Official Disability Card (Suvarna Card)       - Visually impaired due to a serious bike accident, with government-recognized disability status    - I assist with:      ?
