I feel I would be good at working in care because I am a caring, patient and understanding person. I genuinely enjoy helping people and making sure they feel safe, comfortable and respected. I have experience working with elderly people and also with children and young people with autism and ADHD, including verbal and non-verbal children. I have experience with personal care, helping people get dressed, giving bed baths, supporting people with their everyday needs and providing companionship. I understand that every person is different and may need different types of support. I always try to listen to people, treat them with dignity and give them as much independence as possible.
