Hello! My name is Leila, I’m Brazilian, and all of my professional experience working with children was gained in Brazil. I am a caring, responsible, and patient person with several years of experience working with children. I worked as a private babysitter for three years in Brazil, caring for children of different ages and supporting them with their daily routines, activities, and individual needs. This experience taught me how to be attentive, patient, and adaptable to each child’s personality and needs. I also worked for two years at a school in Brazil, where I gained further experience caring for and supporting children in their daily activities and development. In addition, I have a degree in Psychology from Brazil and professional experience working with children in a clinical setting. My background in Psychology has given me a deeper understanding of children’s emotional and developmental needs and has helped me develop strong skills in empathy, communication, and patience. I am currently learning English and improving my communication skills every day. I also speak Portuguese fluently, so I would be happy to teach children some Portuguese while learning English together.
