I am a skilled tradesman from Poland, and that comes with a certain responsibility. I grew up in a time when things were repaired rather than thrown away at the first sign of trouble. Instead of immediately buying something new, we first looked for the cause of the problem. That approach has stayed with me throughout my life. I can repair practically anything you find in a home. From minor faults and household appliances to electrical and mechanical equipment and all kinds of technical problems that may look like a disaster to someone else — to me, they are simply another challenge to solve. My greatest strength is simple: I am not afraid of problems. When something stops working, I do not start looking for excuses. I start looking for the cause. I assess the situation, identify the possible solutions and then get to work. I have a very practical approach to technology and repairs. Not everything needs to be replaced with something new. Very often, all that is needed is knowledge, experience, the right tools and a little patience. That is why I can often find solutions where others see nothing but the need to buy a replacement. I also pay close attention to detail. For me, a proper repair is not simply about making something work again. It is about finding out why it failed, making sure the problem will not immediately return, and ensuring that everything has been repaired safely and properly. The Polish tradition of workmanship taught me another important lesson: you do not leave a job unfinished. When I take on a task, I want to know that it has been done properly. I am not interested in the attitude of “that'll do”. I am interested in being able to say with confidence: “It works, and it will keep working.” I combine practical experience with logical thinking. I can work independently, assess a situation quickly and find solutions even when a problem is unusual or complicated. In fact, unusual problems are often the most interesting ones. That is why I believe I am the best tradesman — not because I claim to be able to do absolutely everything, but because when there is a problem, I will do everything I can to solve it. Because a good tradesman fixes the fault. A real tradesman finds the cause. And a tradesman from Poland? He will try to repair it first — and only then consider whether it really needs to be replaced.
