Hello! My name is Maëlisse, I am 21 and come from France. I've been studying English literature in Paris for 3 years, including a year in Bristol (England) which I have just passed. Before I start my master in education, I am doing a year in Ireland (Sligo) as a French Language Assistant in the Summerhill College. In the future I want to be an English Teacher in France. I have always loved taking care of children. For this matter, I've been babysitting two children (4 and 8) for 2 years every Friday night; I've also babysat during weddings; I've worked in a primary school as an activity leader for 2 years, and worked in summer camps three times. I am very creative, patient, and eager to learn more about children's functioning and needs. I love to find diverse ways of making them enjoy and grow. I fancy handicrafts, such as making bracelets, crochet, knitting, creating objects, etc. As I am going to work in a college from October 2026 to the end of May 2027, I would be interested to start being an au pair from the 24th of Septembre to the 31st of May (or further in June). I will arrive on the 23rd of September 2026. I would be able to take your children to school, pick them up after school, help them do their homework and play with them! I also love cooking, so it wouldn't be a problem for me to do this as well :) If you are interested, I can also teach them some French. I will assure your children's safety, of any kind (psychological, physical and affective). If you want any further information, do not hesitate :)
